Important information
Website terms
These website terms explain what happens when you send SOS Tyre an enquiry. The website does not take payment or create a confirmed booking.
About SOS Tyre
SOS Tyre is currently a trading name and is not a registered limited company. Contact us at hello@sostyre.co.uk or 07440 924 833.
This website is limited to preliminary enquiries. Before requesting any payment, we will identify the contracting party, provide a correspondence address and explain the service, total price, deposit and applicable cancellation or refund terms.
Coordination service
SOS Tyre checks an independent fitter network, confirms available options, explains the quoted price and coordinates a mobile tyre fitter. SOS Tyre does not claim that its own employees perform the tyre fitting. The identity and role of the attending fitter, payment arrangement and next steps will be explained before dispatch.
Availability and estimates
Coverage, arrival estimates, tyre stock and fitting capability depend on the customer’s location, traffic, tyre specification and independent fitter capacity. Nothing is dispatched until availability and the proposed next steps have been confirmed.
The emergency request builder prepares information for a WhatsApp enquiry. It is not an online booking, does not assign a fitter and does not create a guaranteed appointment. The customer must send the prepared WhatsApp message, then wait for SOS Tyre to confirm availability, price and timing.
Available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Price, deposit and payment
No payment is taken through this website. If help is available, the total quoted price, deposit amount, payment recipient and remaining on-site balance will be explained before a fitter is dispatched. Do not send full card details in an ordinary WhatsApp message.
Cancellation and refunds
The cancellation and refund terms that apply to a proposed job will be given to you before any deposit is requested. Do not pay until you have received and understood those terms. Nothing in these website terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited under UK consumer law.
Roadside safety
Fitting cannot take place in a live traffic lane. Customers must prioritise immediate safety, follow instructions from emergency or road authorities and call 999 when in immediate danger.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate location, vehicle and tyre information, tell us about any access or safety issue, and follow emergency-service or road-authority instructions. A fitter may be unable to work where the location is unsafe or inaccessible.
Problems and complaints
Contact hello@sostyre.co.uk with your request reference and a clear description of the problem. We will confirm who is responsible for responding and what happens next.
